Edible Landscaping

Ecological landscape design & sustainable landscaping
With most of our food now grown on industrial mechanised systems heavily reliant on energy extracted from fossil fuels modern, commercial agriculture is completely unsustainable. On average commercially grown crops demand 5 calories of energy to be produced for every 3 calories they give us in nutritional energy. This represents a truly horrific reality even more so that modern crops are bred for shelf live not flavour and are contributing to a reduction in global biodiversity.

Ecospaces Director and Landscape Architect Paul is an expert in edible planting schemes including flowering plants and more unknown edible plants from across the world which suit the landscapes and gardens of Britain.
