School Seminars Ecological landscape design & sustainable landscaping
Ecospaces hosts a series of educational PowerPoint lectures on the environment for school classes and assembly’s. The seminars come in three subjects for three different age groups. The three different age groups for each seminar are 5-8 years, 9-12 years & 13-16 years.
The seminars are designed to put the issues of sustainability in a stimulating, informative and thought provoking format giving young people a thorough introduction to important scientific issues. Examples are given on how classroom learning can be used to explore these matters further giving more meaning to curriculum class work. Our three main lecture series also give practical exercise suggestions for Eco gardens on the school grounds.

‘Feeding the planet in a healthy and sustainable way’
‘Ecological foot print can our towns and cities become carbon neutral?’
